These terms apply when you use the MD Power Solutions app or website ("the app"), run by MD Power Solutions (also known as Alternative Power Network), Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. By registering or using the app you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must give true and complete details, including your own mobile number, which we verify with an OTP.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend or close an account that gives false details or misuses the app.

Quotations and projects

• Quotations, system sizes and savings shown before a site survey are indicative. The final system size, price and timeline are confirmed in the written quotation or agreement after the site survey.
• Project timelines depend on site readiness, material availability, DISCOM approvals, net-meter installation and weather. We will keep your project timeline in the app up to date, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
• Payment terms are as set out in your quotation or agreement.

Subsidy and approvals

Government subsidy and net-metering approval are decided by the government and the DISCOM under their current rules. We help with the application, but we cannot guarantee approval, the subsidy amount or its timing.

Warranty and service

• Panels, inverters and batteries carry the manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship warranty is as stated in your agreement.
• Raise service requests through the app. Our distributor or team will contact you to arrange a visit.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised changes, natural disasters, or repairs by others.

Refer and earn

Rewards for successful referrals are given at our discretion under the referral scheme in force at that time. A referral counts only when the referred person becomes our customer and their installation is completed. We may change or end the scheme at any time, and we may withhold rewards for referrals that are fake or made in bad faith.

Distributors and team members

Distributors and their team members using the app must keep customer information confidential and use it only to serve those customers.

Acceptable use

Do not upload false documents, try to access other people's data, disrupt the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

We provide the app as it is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, have jurisdiction.
